DVD read errors?

I bought a dvd and tried to copy its contents contained by home pc but it cannot be copied while when i tried duplicate thing surrounded by my office laptop it easily copied. (I enjoy CD-R Combo in my home laptop and DVDRam Drive in my Office PC). Someone please assist?

CD-R drives do not read DVD's only CDs.

If you've played DVD's on it with no problem, next you cannot copy a DVD because its encrypted against piracy.
Is the DVD compatible with your drive?



Also you could try checking for scratch and other dirt.
it's probably a disk that is at the lapse of its life. some reader are more picky about these disk than others. does your home notebook have problems working beside the copy of the dvd made at your office? but for, then it's the disk itself.
Sorry I'm a bit confused if you enjoy a DVD then it will not play contained by a CD combo as it's not a format it can operate?

The Copyright on a DVD my stipulation encrypting. Also whether or not you have a progressive scanner will determine how in good health it plays. For example most copied DVDs will not play in the clean DVD players, but it will play fine in a cheap 20 dollar one.
