is it okay to vacate the original heatsink and lover connected to the cpu without starting the laptop for 2 weeks? will the thermal paste dry out? do i enjoy to start it up to harden it?

Yes. In certainty, it's best to leave the unproved fan and heatsink on your CPU unless any of them break. These will have the cleanest nouns with your CPU and will sustain you maintain the warrantee on the CPU. The thermal smooth mixture is there to ensure the best steam conductivity is established between the CPU and the Heatsink. I do not believe that it needs to remain wet to be effectual, as long as it remains a seal between the two components.
