Hard Drive and Booting Problems?

When I turn my comp on i bring this thingy saying F drive wants to be checked for contestey. and i also get alot of DLL errors some for lightscribe?? drwatson postmordem debugger and a few others i checked for virus and worms and nothing and sometimes my comp over heat the fan starts blowing i hold to hard drives that equal 140 Gb and 256 push i kno small but i dont have much money to upgrade. but i necessitate help

Then ALWAYS properly shutdown your PC so that you do not corrupt your OS again.
You call for to re-install your operating system. But if you can actually boot into window, schedule a scandisk to run on subsequent boot up. Also run a defrag. Better save any noteworthy files you got to compact disc, DVD, NAS or whatever. Failure is immanent
