its a pcix16 card adjectives i could find for requirments is it requirs the 4 pin connector dosnt say what wattage your psu should be.my psu is 250 watt.

250W is not adequate for a (Video) card with optional power connector
you will need at tiniest a 400W (or better even 480W) PSU, otherwise, every time your PC will need to access the complex disk (win swap, load clean weapon, new opponent aso. asf.) the picture will be unstable or not refresh properly.
considering that the X1-550 is en entry rank card, 400W might be enough, but the price difference (unless you are already breaking the sandbank to get the X1-550, as you would expect..) so minimal that it's a good thought to take the 480W.
should work fine.. did you try it out? and i suggest a faster road of finding the answer would be to go thru the tech specs of the card surrounded by the manual ;)
