Graphics Problem contained by Games?

Hey y'all, i of late reinstalled windows xp, and when i launch any games even openGL games look close to this after a few min's of play can anyone help me its really getting annoying

Ive Literally done adjectives the drivers its a Geforce 6800, tried the disk drivers, tried the up to date drivers and even the beta drivers, so i don't think its a drivers problem,

Have you updated the motherboard drivers? those are lately as important.
