Does Bluetooth adapter work for a mobile which doesn't own bluetooth?

I own a Nokia 6020 mobile phone and I wonder if I can get one bluetooth adapter instead of cable (and PCsuit) to verbs my information to PC as Nokia 6020 doesn't have bluetooth.

No because you cant contact the devices if one does not support bluetooth.
