Does anybody make/sell enclosure for laptop CD/DVD drives?

My mature laptop died, but the DVD burner should be still good. I want to furnish that drive to my dad for Father's Day. He only have a desktop. Does anybody make or trade external/internal enclosures so that I can enjoy a good drive for his desktop.
