Fps Lag for the loss?

I've get an ATI Radeon RX550 256MB video card...a gig of push...and 3.2ghz pentium 4 processor...On my world of warcraft game.i average going on for 15 fps...friends on the game right to be heard they get around 40-50..I abhorrence fps lag and I obligation to know how to fix it. Any help?

your CPU is reasonably good. vid card sounds OK, knock against OK. check for viruses/spyware, programs running in the framework, lower the detail level surrounded by game. Especially dance after programs accessing the internet eg profile sharing, email uploads, etc. Anything else like browsers or even word processing can gun down your FPS as well.
