If i put approaching games on my external hard drive, can it run? or will it padding like crazy

It still can run if you played it within the computer where you install the hobby at. However, if you are to bring your external HDD to another friend's house, plug it in and try to play the hobby, most probably it wont run. This is because certain games produce use of registry key.
yes it can run on ur system or other similer systems.
external thorny drives doesnt have a registry, and so u cannot put programs into it, Only files
