when I do the dxdiag to experiment the video card. the box that shows spins very in haste. when it should spin slowly.
I dont know what wrong and all my games run slow.?

you stipulation a faster video card, cpu, more memory or all three. Just becase the box spins brisk in dxdiag doesn't have it in mind your games will run fast too. It of late mean directX is loaded and it is working next to your hardware. You can download a program that will provide benchmarks for your hardware and see which piece of hardware you need to replace to seize the speed you want.
did it say your 3D graphics accelerator be enabled?
check it again.. the thing more or less games is use of memory, and how it uses it,,,
Give us your specs, dude... Dxdiag won't necessarily tell you how efficient your pc or gpu is.
Your games may be running slowly because you might own one or two of these:
1. Low RAM
2. Low Processor speed
3. Integrated Graphics Card or a GPU speed that can't keep up beside those games
