Does anyone else hear what sounds similar to 'crickets' when they use Skype. What can I do?

It could be your cell phone is too close to your computer. I know when I turn the sound on near my computer I get a pandemonium from my cell phone In HAM talk we call upon that QRM or Man made noise, Lightening also cause noises surrounded by computers. That is called QRN or untaught noise.
