Computer keep turning itself on and sour.?

Over former times few weeks my computer has be turning itself on and off. At first I dusted it and it run smoothly for like a week previously it started doing it again. I reinstalled the power drivers and the computer still does this.



Gradually, over the past few days, the computer won't find past the boot blind. I think the power supply might own gone bad, but I am not sure.



Also, I did do a virus scan w/ AVG 7.0 and zilch was found.

sound's similar to you need to purge some files. The computer is a short time ago too full. Get a Thumb Drive and empty some pics, especially movies. Be sure to verbs drives and defrag the computer frequently. Good luck.
You most likely hold a heat problem. The computer turning itself rotten is a protection against damaging the internal components. Get yourself some luggage fans, and a better heatsink for your CPU.
AVG sucks ! try another scanner.Can it be sour for a long time before it starts by itself ? Do you hold wake on LAN?
