Dell Keyboard SK 8135: customize the multimedia key?

i bought this keboard but its multimedia switch with the music write down sign is supposed to open medium player but instead it opens a folder. i wanna know how to customize these key for ur own use

TweakUI provides the ability to explain custom actions for keyboards

that hold extra navigation keys. Never played around next to it though.
