Do I hold a broken / irregularity 2 GB flash disk ?

* when i copy files, compressed files (each report is 100kb to 200 mb) they're always corrupted, lone 1-10% is retrievable, pic files also always corrupted

* I already check the integrity of the files copied, ( compressed files, pic files) they're 100% ok, and they're 100% OK when copied to other flash disk (128 MB flash disk)

* so, what's wrong beside this 2 GB flash disk, is my WinXP needs SP1?, SP2? or the flash disk is broken/defect ?

* within 2003-2004, some said, they bought a 512mb-1 GB, and they said they have some trouble using them (yhey use Win XP), is Win XP can't switch large GB flash disk?

* what should i do ? return/swap the flashdisk beside the new one?

Do I hold a broken / irregularity 2 GB flash disk ?

I use a 4Gb flash disk on XP near no problems, try not to compress the files, people really don't have need of to compress files anymore because of the availability of high dimensions drives
